It isn´t dangerous because it is a quiet and relaxing sport , so you can enjoy it a lot .
- What clothes do you need ?
The most important thing is being comfortable to enjoy the walking . You must wear sport pants , a comfortable t- shirt and a trainers . You also need a bag with some food , drinks , solar cream ...
